Mathematical and computational analysis of RNA viruses, optimising use of clinical diagnostics, and pandemic preparedness

Based in the Department of Pathology in the University of Cambridge, the Skittrall group uses mathematical and computational methods to understand how viruses work, with the goal of improving diagnostic systems and treatments.
